Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please contact us at info@christinemaltesestudio.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Because some products may be printed on demand or made to order, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
